Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in early FY26. The Eastern Division of The Nature Conservancy held a series of three workshops to offer peer feedback on the strategies and potential measures for assessing progress in the integrated landscape (IL) systems. This facilitators’ agenda provides an example from the 9-11 May 2011 workshop in Bear Mountain, New York, to bring together the marine ILs to examine and discuss their work. It can be helpful to create a special agenda that reminds facilitators of the specific outcomes each session would like to achieve as well as special concerns with timing and other logistics.
