A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. La metodología fue adaptada por personal de The Nature Conservancy en el Programa de México en 2005 para un proceso de planeación realizado en el Sitio Plataforma Cuencas Costeras de Chiapas en México. Este método se adaptó del "Análisis de Actores" (Stakeholder Analysis) - Metodología de Planeación Estratégica y Administración de Proyectos "El ciclo de proyectos CEDEC."
