This issue contains lessons learned from—and some of the challenges and opportunities faced by—a fall 2020 event that shifted format to adapt to the pandemic. Changes included moving to an almost entirely local cadre and participant pool, and meeting over the course of several successive weekends, instead of a single two-week span.
