Most Nature Conservancy projects measure the effectiveness of their project at the scale of the project itself. The Global Freshwater Team has the daunting challenge of evaluating the effectiveness of their strategies at the scale of individual demonstration projects, across all the sites in which they work, and at the global scale. This presentation describes the types of measures the Freshwater Team tracks to actively manage and assess the effectiveness of each demonstration project and the types of cross-site syntheses of strategy effectiveness they are undertaking to evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies at large.
