This is a set of probing questions which CAP or Open Standards coaches can use before they engage in a process, to determine if the team is really ready to get started. This tool is something like a "decision-tree" which points practitioners to best practices. It was produced by conservation practitioners at the 2008 EFROYMSON COACHES NETWORK RALLY. September 9-11, 2008, in the session called CAP in motion - Is your plan a ‘good intention’ or is it ‘hard at work’?
