A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. The construction of dams on two-thirds of the world’s rivers has spurred international concern for the future of freshwater. Nowhere is this more apparent than China’s Yangtze River, the world’s busiest inland shipping corridor and the nation’s longest river. In an effort to restore and protect this precious resource, The Nature Conservancy is part of a global community of scientists, engineers and water managers working to promote the sustainable management of the Yangtze for the benefit of China’s people and wildlife.
