This is a handout from the January 2015 semi-annual report for the PERFACT and PERC agreements. It briefly showcases how recent work done under the agreement—by the Fire Learning Network (FLN), Fire Adapted Communities Learning Network (FAC LN), Prescribed Fire Training Exchanges (TREX) and Scaling-up to Promote Ecosystem Resiliency (SPER)—supports key aspects of our ability to live with fire.
PERFACT (Promoting Ecosystem Resilience and Fire Adapted Communities Together) and PERC (Promoting Ecosystem Resiliency through Collaboration: Landscapes, Learning and Restoration) are cooperative agreements between The Nature Conservancy, USDA Forest Service and agencies of the Department of the Interior.
