A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. LANDFIRE issues an annual data call letter requesting submissions to help update and improve existing vegetation and wildland fuel data products. The primary focus is to collect polygon disturbance and treatment activities. Deadlines generally occur in March; data submitted by the 31st are evaluated for inclusion in the next LF data cycle. Submissions received after March 31 will be considered in subsequent efforts. See the LANDFIRE program website for the most current details.
